My name is Kasey, I'm a 31 one year old girl living in Victoria BC with my husband and 1 year old daughter Bailey and little pug Rylie. I co own a Interior Design firm here in Victoria, but since the arrival of my daughter I have been spending more time at home. I discovered Needle felting in March of this year, and I have had a felting needle and a clump of wool in my hand ever since. I have always loved creating and working with my hands. I have spent about 10 years working with Polymer clay in which I have created whimsical creatures, fairies and mermaids. Although since my fascination with fiber I have had barely a moment for clay! There is so much to learn and do with Fiber and wool!
I love creating Magical & Colourful Creatures. Almost all of my creatures are made with wool I dyed myself with Kool Aid and Wilton's Icing Dye.
I am inspired by Brain Froud, Jim Henson, and so many other amazing Etsy Artisans.

Well those fun friends of Tangle Wood Thicket brightened up my day! I love what she uses to dye them with, it makes me hungry and thirsty at the same time!! LOL
