Another Fab designer...
That Design Shop
I have degrees in both Architecture and Interior Design so I love to make things and to play with color and texture. Studying architecture in school and traveling overseas were such wonderful experiences that really opened my eyes to those details that make people uniquely them. Anything to make people smile.
I have been trying to figure out why I have gravitated to making gift bags, and then it hit me that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. My Mother is a school teacher and growing up she would receive countless gift bags from her students for various occasions. So she would collect and save every one of them and use them for our birthdays, Christmas and other holidays. But we were never allowed to keep the bags or throw them away. They were apart of Mom's special collection!! :) I grew up respecting the gift bag!
And I sincerely hope that as this store grows, I get that opportunity to really pinpoint what people love and make a gift bag that can almost be a gift in and of itself. Why can't a gift bag be personal? I have been honored to have made gift bags for a couple of brides for their bridal parties. I also design gift bags sets for baby showers, bachelorette parties, birthday parties and I can also do children's birthday parties as well.
You can probably find me making bags while watching the Food Network! I would love to be a designer on Ace of Cakes. Other than that I love to play soccer with a great group of girls here in Nashville, and I am giving my best effort to my Architectural Licensing Exams so that I can one day officially call myself an "Architect". Hopefully sooner rather than later!

I am a HUGE fan of stationary, cards, and anything with a tag on it!! LOL I found a lot of fantastic things in this gal's shop today. And the bonus? She's a real sweetie with excellent customer service. Now, a little bit from the seller...
Cards and Notes
I love making anything with paper. I got started when one day I was shopping and saw scrapbook paper and thought, what can I do with it. I started by making mini thank you cards and regular cards. I eventually started making matchbook notebooks because I think they are great to have in a car or purse to write down little notes. Then I decided to add post it note holders. I use post it notes all the time and thought this was a great way to display them. I am always trying to think of new ideas and will be adding more Holiday items soon.
You all better hurry to her shop because I'm grabbing this pink damask clip board by the end of the day!
More cuteness and beauty on the way!
