Helen Janow Miqueo is a next-generation California artist who brings a fresh and unique voice to abstract art. She expresses her artistic vision through abstract expressionism, surrealism, art deco and whimsical styles.
Over the years, the artist has developed a Unique Acrylic Pouring Technique™ that animates her explorations of Abstract Expressionism. This technique comes to life when the acrylic paint is mixed with water and, literally, poured onto the canvas, creating free-flowing shapes and forms.
Helen has exhibited at numerous California galleries and various on-line Galleries. Her work can also be found in many private and corporate collections around the country and abroad. Born in Russia, Helen successfully completed Moscow's School of Art and holds a Degree in Graphic Design. She is presently living in northern California where she continues to explore and develop her artistic vision.
