Hi, my name is Brianna, and I spend all of my free time crocheting. I love the creative process of coming up with a new idea and seeing it come to life. I also love that I’m slowly burying myself alive in my yarn stash :D
I buy way too much yarn, spend a lot of time doodling out ideas, and when I’m in the brainstorming stage I stare at the wall a lot. I don’t seem to have the patience to finish large projects such as clothing or afghans; I prefer projects that I can have finished in under a week, mostly working at night with the TV on.
My favorite project to date is hands down the Academy Award that I crocheted for Robert Downey Jr when he didn’t win for Best Supporting Actor in ‘08. I sent it to him and six months later I got pictures back of Mr. Downey Jr holding the Oscar I made him! :D
I adore seeing what others make from my patterns. It never fails to make me smile.
